More than 4,500 athletes from 71 nations including Bermuda will compete for 275 Gold Medals at the Commonwealth Games, which held the Opening Ceremony.
The Bermuda team was led into the soldout stadium on the Gold Coast of Australia by Triathlete Tyler Smith.
Missing out on the Opening Ceremony was Triathletes Flora Duffy and Erica Hawley who will both see action on Day One Thursday.
