Dara Alizadeh was back in action in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Day Two of the 2024 World Rowing Americas Olympic Qualification Regatta.
In the Repêchage Heat 2, Alizadeh finished 3rd clocking a time of 7:58.21, he finished 32.68 behind the Heat Winner Ignacio Vasquez from the Dominican Republic.
With his positional Alizadeh advanced to the Repêchage Semi-Final Heat 1, he would row himself into the A Final with the third fastest time of 6:53.29.
