Defending Gold Medalist and Para Pan American Games Record Holder Jessica Lewis, captured her third consecutive Gold Medal this time in Chile.
In Toronto in 2015 clocked a Gold Medal Personal Best time of 17.64 and Lima then in 2019, Lewis clocked another Gold Medal Personal best time of 17.36.
Lewis on the Centro Atlético Mario Recordón National Stadium track at the Para Pan American Games in Chile clocked a New T53 Women’s 100m record time of 16.71, Chelsea Qing Stein from the USA was second in a time of 18.55, and Lucero Anahi Vazquez from Mexico finished third clocking 18.61.
