The 22nd-ranked Hobart College squash team was defeated by Taylor Carrick and his 13th-ranked Western University at the Smith Squash Center.
Playing in the number 5 spot, Carrick defeated Javier De La Vega in a five-setter.
Carrick won the first game 11-3, with Vega winning the second game 11-9, Carrick would go back in front winning the third game 11-5, before Vega made it 2 – 2 winning the fourth game 11-5, Carrick would pick up the win after winning the fifth game 11-7.
