Waldron began the day in the qualifying session, driving Ya Caught in Race 2, a Trot class event. The pair finished fourth with a time of 2:00 flat.
In the evening session, Waldron's first race was aboard Six Sticks of Gum in Race 2, a Pace class event. This race resulted in a thrilling three-way photo finish, with Waldron ultimately securing third place in a time of 1:57&2.
Race 3 saw Waldron pilot Katkin Marvel in another Trot class race. They delivered a strong performance, finishing second with a time of 1:58&2.
In Race 5, a Pace class event, Waldron and Vintage Queen finished sixth, clocking a time of 1:57 flat.
Waldron concluded his evening with a third-place finish in Race 8, another Pace class race, driving Levitating to a time of 1:55&4.
