There was a lot at stake in Bermuda, as players were not only be battling for a share of the $6 million purse, but perhaps even more importantly, a high finish, would launch the contenders into the coveted top 100 on the FedEx Cup Fall points list, ensuring their status for the 2026 season.

Schenk would collect the $1.08 million winners cheque, while Chandler Phillips who finished second collected the second placed cheque worth $: $654,000, this was only his second top 10 finish this season as he was Official World Golf Ranked 216th coming into tournament

Schenk showed immense grit to navigate the famous Bermuda winds, often cited as the biggest obstacle to scoring low. He held his nerve throughout the final round, fending off a tight leaderboard that included several players fighting for their Tour cards. The triumph is not just a career milestone for the 33-year-old, but one of the most unlikely victories of the season, cementing his place on the PGA Tour for the foreseeable future and validating years of grinding effort.
