Bermudian equestrian Tyler James has continued his impressive start to the 2026 season, delivering another consistent display at the prestigious World Equestrian Center’s Ocala Winter Spectacular VIII.
Competing in a high-caliber field during the 4* 2* Under 25 week, James once again proved his mettle on the international stage.
The highlight of the week came in the Performance Hunter 3'3" Class, where technical precision and the horse's jumping style are scrutinized by the judges.
Partnered with Cruise Control, James navigated the course with poise to earn a commendable score of 81.00. The performance was enough to secure a 7th place finish in a stacked division, further cementing his reputation as a rising force in the Under 25 circuit.
This latest result follows a string of strong performances in Florida, as James continues to build momentum during the winter season. With the competition levels intensifying, the young Bermudian's ability to consistently score in the 80s highlights the growing synergy between rider and horse.
