As part of the qualifying tournament for the 2026 World Cup, a match between the National teams of Bermuda and Honduras will take place at the Flora Duffy South Field Stadium at the National Sports Center.
The match is scheduled for kickoff at 8:00 pm Bermuda time, www.islandstats.com will host a Pre-Game Show beginning at 6:30 pm.
Bermuda started the second stage of the World Cup qualifiers with a draw against Antigua and Barbuda. Since the top two teams in the group advance to the next stage, they have a realistic chance of competing for the second spot.
Honduras are the favorite in the group, a status they fully justified in the first-round match against Cuba. After conceding the first goal, the team rallied and scored three goals to secure a convincing victory.
Qualifying for the World Cup may seem like an almost impossible goal, but Honduras certainly has what it takes to fight until the end. Their current objective is to advance to the third stage of the qualifying cycle.
