the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Sport will have a series of celebration activities to recognize the achievement of Bermuda’s Special Olympians at the World Games in Berlin last month.
Nineteen (19) athletes participated in a range of sports, including athletics, bowling, and tennis, among others. Their combined performances yielded an impressive 11 gold, silver, and bronze medals for Bermuda and they were recently welcomed home to huge cheers and congratulations.
