Bermuda Men’s Sevens team concluded competing in XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games, with three more matches scheduled on the final day of action in El Salvador.
Bermuda was edged by Mexico in their opening match falling 17 – 14.
Bermuda got Try’s from Hadleigh Tucker, and Ja’kee Simons, while Tucker and Alexander Brown both kicked Conversion.
Bermuda then defeated Costa Rica 19 – 10 in their second match.
Tucker would score twice in this match, while Rory O’Kelly-Lynch scored the other Try, with Brown kicking 2 Conversions.
Due to multiple injuries, the Bermuda team had to pull out of their final match against the Cayman Islands. There were only six players healthy enough to start the game.
