Louise Wells and Karen Smith competed in the 2023 VinFast IRONMAN World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii`.

Wells clocked a time of 10:47:55 finishing 235th overall, Wells finished in 5th place competing in the Female 50-54 Age Group Division.

Smith went across the line in a time of 10:50:10, Smith was 245th overall, she would collect a Silver Medal in the Female 55-59 Age Group Division.

6th in the World in my age group I am blown away, faster in all 3 disciplines compared to last year.
