Under normal circumstances, Bermuda Swimmers would have been preparing to return home from Bridgetown, Barbados from the 2021 CARIFTA Swimming Championships, but in the latest update from officials in Barbados recently, there is no telling when that event will happen, as the region is still battling the COVID-19 pandemic.

An extra sailing event has been added to the programme for the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, bringing the total up to 12.
