Bermuda Pickleballers returned to action on Day Three of the International Pickleball Tournament in Lima, Peru.
Bermuda would win two more Medals on the day, thy would pick up a Gold and Silver Medal.
Val Stevenson, and Stuart Smith won the Mixed Doubles Skill: (4.0) Age: (50 And Above) Division, Stevenson, and Smith won their Semi-Final match 17-15 over Jeanine Lavergne, and Alfonso Saenz. In the Final, Stevenson, and Smith defeated Bela Kotwani, and Nozer Amalsadiwala 15-8, 10-15, 15-10.
Victoria Powell and Mark Cordeiro picked up the Silver Medal competing in the Mixed Doubles Skill: (4.5) Age: (50 And Above) Division, they would finish the Round Robin with a record of 2 & 1. They went down in their first match, but bounced back to win the next two matches.
Imani Phillips and Benjamin Jones finished 4th competing in the Mixed Doubles Skill: (4.5) Open Division, they would defeat Muyasser Bresh, and Rolando Pomalima 15 - 10 in their Quarter-Final battle, Phillips, and Jones would fall in their Semi-Final against Eva Brito, and Frayli de Dios Pilarte Sánchez 15 - 9, sending them to the Bronze Medal match. In the Bronze Medal match Phillips, and Jones went down 15-10 to Elena Testori, and Michael Carse.
Sasha Fisher, and Gavin Manders finished 18th with a record of 2 & 2 competing in the Mixed Doubles Skill: (5.0) Open Division.
In the Mixed Doubles Skill: (4.0) Open Division, Melisa Judd, and Alvaro Triana finished 11th with a record of 3 & 2.
Christine Todd, and George Thomas finished 10th with a record of 2 & 2 in the Mixed Doubles Skill: (3.5) Age: (50 And Above) Division.
