Nahki Wells watched from the bench as his Queens Park Rangers teammates booked their place in the Fourth Round of this season’s Emirates FA Cup thanks to another handsome home win at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
Following their New Year’s Day demolition of Cardiff City, fellow South Wales outfit Swansea City were also put to the sword courtesy of a fine attacking display – Jordan Hugill scored twice in the 21st and 45th minutes, Bright Osayi-Samuel found the back of the net in the 29th minute, while Lee Wallace scored in the 76th and Josh Scowen also on target in injury time.
Substitute George Byers struck a consolation effort for Swansea in the 60th minute with Queens Park Rangers already three goals to the good.
