Bermudian driver Kiwon Waldron picked up another top-four finish during a competitive three-race card at Harrah's Hoosier Park in Indiana.
Waldron was back in the sulky across both trot and pace assignments on Friday evening, continuing to test himself against seasoned North American harness racing fields.
His strongest showing came in Race 6 over the trot aboard Senor Bill. Working through the pack over the one-mile distance, Waldron guided the trotter home to a respectable fourth-place finish, stopping the clock in 1:57.4.
Waldron returned to the track almost immediately for Race 7, taking the lines of Winning Vibes in another testing trot contest. Despite a sharp trip of 1:55.1 in a fiercely run encounter, the pair had to settle for sixth place in a tight finish down the home straight.
He wrapped up his evening's duties in Race 12 behind Victorious Flytime on the pace. In an aggressive mile that produced rapid fractions, Waldron pushed the pacer across the wire in 1:54.3 to secure seventh position.
The triple-header adds another valuable bank of track time for the Bermudian equestrian, who remains a fixture on the competitive Midwestern harness racing circuit.
