Bermudian harness driver Kiwon Waldron secured a podium finish at Harrah's Hoosier Park in Indiana, piloting Beaver to third place in Trot Class action.
Competing in Race 6 at the Anderson oval, Waldron produced a competitive drive in the bike aboard the Marvin Aguilar-trained trotter.
Strong Mid-Race Move
Waldron made a bold mid-race move from fifth down the backstretch to briefly take the lead at the half-mile mark.
Eventual winner Nectar Of The Gods, driven by Mike Micallef, reclaimed the lead around the final turn to score in 1:55.4, with Marcus Miller steering Priceless Help into second. Beaver held on strongly down the stretch to stop the clock in 1:56.3 and seal a hard-fought third-place finish.
