Bermuda Riders Conclude Grand Caraibe International

The 2024-2025 Grand Caraibe International Jumping Competition concluded in Suriname, and the final results are in for the Bermuda riders.
Kayla Bardgett, Sierra Wolffe, Emma Kempe, Kimoy Cruickshank, and Raishun Burch all flew the Bermuda Flag.
The competition format involved riders from countries including the host country, Bahamas, Antigua, Cayman Islands, Martinique, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, and Bermuda.
Each rider competed riding loaned horses over two days. The first day featured a speed class with varying jump heights, and the second day consisted of "Jump-Off" classes at various heights.
Kempe, partnered with Noble, in the 0.75m - 0.85 Division, they would finish 14th overall with 46 points, on Day One they had 28 points, before finishing Day Two with 18 points. Wolffe also competed in the same Division alongside Jesalza, they finished 24th overall with 37 points, they had 13 points on Day One, before getting 24 points on Day Two.
Taking to the course for the 0.95m - 1.05m Division saw Bardgett and Check Mate finish 11th with 61 points, Bardgett recorded a score of 33 points on Day One, and 28 points on Day Two. Cruickshank in the same Division finished 20th, riding Mufasa , they had 22 points on Day One, but they were Eliminated on Day Two.
Burch was in action in the 1.15m - 1.20m Division riding Herocou, they would finish 6th with 35 points, they would get the 35 points on Day One, before being Eliminated on Day Two.
