Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Sport, Owen Darrell, was pleased to support Team Bermuda at the Pan American Challenge held at the National Sports Centre.
Darrell said, “Our team delivered an impressive performance, playing a hard-fought match that made Bermuda proud. I am incredibly proud of the team and wish them the best of luck in the rest of their matches. I’ll be there to cheer on the ladies this week and I encourage everyone to come out and support them.”
Meanwhile, Minister darrell delivered a statement in the Senate on recent sports accomplishments;
Darrell said, “Madam President, over the past few months, we have witnessed an abundance of sporting events in the country, where our athletes have proudly competed at both domestic and international levels.
