Robin Horsfield has clinched the Silver Medal in the Short Track at the Caribbean Mountain Bike Championships representing Bermuda in Complejo Deportivo La Barranquita, Santiago De Los Caballeros .
! Starting strong and strategically, Robin stuck close to Puerto Rico's national champ, Georwill Perez, and by the 5-minute mark, they surged ahead with only Joel García, the Dominican National Champion, able to keep pace.
Horsfield's determination shone as he led the pack for 2 laps, effectively breaking away from the rest with Georwill. Despite a valiant effort, Robin faced tough competition from Georwill's attacks in the final laps, ultimately securing an impressive second place.
