Team Bermuda got off to a strong start at the 2024 Pan American Road Championships in Brazil, with Nicholas Narraway earning a Silver Medal in the Under 23 Individual Time Trial.
Competing over 35.1 kilometers in Sao Jose dos Campos, Narraway crossed the line in 45:35.581 to make it onto the podium and was just nine seconds off the Gold Medal, which was claimed by Hector Quintana, of Chile who clocked 45:26.329.
Narraway finished more than a minute clear of Argentina’s Mateo Kalejman, who claimed the Bronze Medal in the field of 23 of the most talented cyclists in the region.
