The Bermuda Basketball Association’s Island Basketball League resumed inside the Cedarbridge Academy Gymnasium, with a double-header that produced 247 points in the two matches.
In the opener, The Answer edged the Black Mambas 57 – 56. Eric Lambert led The Answer with a double-double, Lambert scored 19 points, and grabbed 10 rebounds, he also had 6 steals, Kevin Stephens led the Black Mambas, with 19 points, he also grabbed 6 rebounds, and he had 7 assist.
The Young Goatz won the nightcap 74 – 60 over the Reapers. Darae Smith led the Young Goatz with 22 points, and 7 rebounds, while Te’jour Riley scored 20 points and added 18 rebounds. Mykal Glasgow scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Reapers, who also got 15 points from Jorel Smith.
