Former FIFA Referee Cardella Samuels is the new head of referees in Jamaica. Samuels replaced Victor Stewart who has stepped down after four years as the Head of the Refereeing department at the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF).
Both Samuels and Stewart, along with CONCACAF Refereeing Manager Dave Meikle as well as others are on the island assisting Bermuda Senior and Youth Referees.
