Scott Barnes was back in action in the second and final event of the 2023 Superkarts.
The USA Winter Series championship concluded taking place at the AMR Homestead-Miami Motorplex presented by MG Tires facility in Homestead, Florida.
Competing in the Qualifying Round, Barnes finished second clocking his fastest lap time of 46.928.
In the Pre-Final race, Barnes clocked a 12-lap winning time of 9:31.944.
In the Final, Barnes would stand on top of the podium clocking a 22-lap time of 17:25.338.
Barnes said, “It wasn’t the weekend we were hoping for, but it was a fun one! Bounced back & found the speed Sunday, winning the Pre Final, fast lap in Final & Finals Win. Bringing home the 2023 Shifter Masters Championship.”
