Horizon Communications Tuesday Sports Brief Round-Up

www.islandstats.com continues to bring you daily round-ups of Sports sponsored by Horizon Communications, today we bring you the news that the 49th staging of the Carifta Games came to an end in Jamaica with Bermuda athletes back in action, capturing Two Medals on the Final Day of the Games.

Bermuda Swimmers continued competing on Day Three of the XXXV Carifta Swimming Championships in Barbados. Another 4 Medals were won on the night taking the Bermuda total to 12 for the Championships.

Delray Rawlins is in the Sussex 2nd XI team taking on Gloucestershire 2nd XI, Gloucestershire 2nd won the toss and elected to bat, they would score 265/6 on the opening day, OJ Price was the top scorer with 94, while Rawlins is the pick of the Sussex bowlers returning figures of 30-8-69-4.

Six members of Openmat Bermuda competed in the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) Pan American Championship hosted in Orlando.

Ciarra Wells concluded competing in the Youth Easter Meeting Regatta in Malcesine, Lake Garda, Italy.
