Substitute Nahki Wells missed an 88th-minute penalty, as Queens Park Rangers’ home Championship campaign ended in a 1-0 defeat.
In a largely-unfashionable W12 affair, Nottingham Forest’s Karim Ansarifard finished off the best move of the match to put the visitors in front in the 55th minute.
That proved to be the game’s only goal.
The hosts were then presented with a chance to level matters when they were awarded a penalty kick. Former QPR defender Robinson was adjudged to have handled the ball from a corner.
Rangers couldn’t capitalize, though, as Costel Pantilimon flung himself to his left to keep out Wells' 88th-minute spot-kick and ultimately help Forest to all three points.
JONTE SMITH
Jonte Smith was not in the Oxford United team that ended their home campaign with a draw this afternoon as goals from Marcus Browne and James Henry earned them a 2-2 draw with play-off contenders Doncaster Rovers.
REGGIE LAMBE
Reggie Lambe was not in the Cambridge United team that was beaten 1-2 by Morecambe in their final home game of the 2018/19 season, despite a fine free kick from Tom Knowles late in the encounter.
