Zeiko Lewis and his Charleston Battery teammates defeated the Charlotte Independence 2-0 in the second straight Southern Derby Cup match for the Battery.
Ian Svantesson scored his third goal of the season to put the Battery up 1-0 in the 21st minute. Lewis sealed the win for the Battery in the 71st minute. The play started from the touch line and an O’Brian Woodbine throw in would lead to the goal. Lewis controlled the throw nicely holding off a Charlotte defender before using his quickness to create space at the top of the box. The Bermuda forward hit a brilliant curling shot from 16 yards out that found the top corner of the goal.

Roger Lee and his Tallinna Kalev Football teammates went down 2 – 0 to Kuressaare in the Estonia League.
After a scoreless first half Rauno Tutk gave Kuressaare the lead in the 65th minute, with five minutes remaining Sander Laht would double the Kuressaare lead.

Willie Clemons and his Bodens BK teammates went down in their opener 4 – 0 to Linkoping City.
Levon Pachajyan would get to Linkoping City on the board when he found the back of the net in the 10th minute.
That lead was doubled by Fredrik Alm in the 24th minute. Alm would score two further goals to earn their 4 – 0 win.
OSAGI BASCOME
Osagi Bascome and his teammates defeated United of Manchester 2 – 0 to move outside the relegation zone with a total of 43 points.
