Daley Breaks 4 Records in May Meet

Elan Daley was at it again breaking four National Records while competing in the NYAC May Performance Swim Meet.

Daley also picked up six wins during the Meet in the Girls 12 Year Old Age Group.

In winning the 50m Freestyle, Daley touched the wall in a time of 27.06, breaking her previous record of 27.81 she set back on July 29th, 2016 during the Canadian Age Group Championships in Alberta, Canada.

Daley also broke the 100m Freestyle record of 1:01.06 she set back on April 24th 2016 at the MAC Invitational in Ontario, Canada when she won the event in a time of 1:00.28.

It was another record breaking performance for Daley during the 200m Freestyle win when she was clocked at 2:15.70, breaking her previous record of 2:15.81, she set back on January 13th 2017 at the MAC Winter Invitational in Ontario, Canada.

She then made it a Freestyle clean sweep when she won the 400m Freestyle in a record breaking time of 4:51.54, while broke the record that Ashley Irby set back on April 25th 2014 during the XXIX Carifta Swimming Championships in Aruba of 4:53.31.

Daley was not done there picking up wins as she won the 100m Backstroke touching the wall in a time of 1:10.76 and she also won the 200m Individual Medley stopping the clock in 2:29.57.
