Jessica Lewis concluded competing in the World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2023 in Nottwil, Switzerland.
On Day Three, Lewis competed in the T53 Women’s 100m, Lewis would finish fourth with a time of 16:52.
Catherine Debrunner clocked a World Record winning time of 15:25, Fang Gao was second in 16:11, and Hamide Dogangun was third clocking a time of 16:47.
Lewis told www.islandstats.com, “Overall I’m happy with how I raced in the Grand Prix. I felt like I was more in a rhythm compared to the first two competitions here in Switzerland. Ending with a seasons best and 2 hundredths off my Personal Best in the 100m today was a great finish off. Now we have 5 and a half weeks to hunker down in training before World Championships.”
