Ryan Outerbridge is heading to Franklin Pierce University on an Athletic Scholarship.
Outerbridge said, “I picked Franklin Pierce, because of Dage Minors, I am following his same path, the coach and I have talked, along with Dr. Freddie Evans in just trying to decide the right fit.”
“Dage and I talked when he was last on island about the school and was giving me insight to how things go,” continued Outerbridge.
Outerbridge would have competed in his fourth Carifta Games this year, but he like all other athletes will have to wait a year to compete in the 49th Carifta Games, which will take place in Bermuda.
Outerbridge is a Middle/Long Distance runner and has shown progress over the last few years in all formats, Cross Country, Road Running and Track.
Outerbridge thanked his support, including his mom and day, his coach and his training partner for always being there.
