In a social media post, Perinchief’s mother wrote, “His coach feels his needs to rest completely and get his body in order. His coach said his main goal is to have him qualify for Olympics 2020.”
“They have suggested he give up High Jump for now and focus on a Triple Jump.”
His coach said that Jah-Nhai is the most naturally talented person his has coached. He called him a BEAST. But in order to get to his full potential he has to take this year and heal.
