The Bermuda National Athletics Association hosted yet another Carifta Trial Track Meet at the National Sports Center, the Meet was rescheduled from January 22nd due to Bermuda playing Canada in a Football Friendly.
It was another day at the office for the High Jumpers Sakari Famous, Elijah Darrell and Kevin Miller as they all met the Standard yet again, while it was near misses for some others.
Thirteen year old Amelia Othman reached 1.50m in the Under 18 Girls High Jump with the Carifta Standard for the Age Group being 1.55m. Zekiah Lewis leaped 5.00m in the Under 18 Girls Long Jump with the Standard set at 5.45m.
Danielle Smith clocked 12.93 in the Under 20 Girls 100 Meter Dash with the Standard being 12.00, Clevonte Lodge recorded a time of 11.66, with the Under 18 Boys 100 Meter Qualifying Standard set at 11.03.
