Another four games filled the Bernard Park Netball Courts as the Bermuda Netball Association’s Summer League season continued.
The Summer Ballers defeated the Signworx Netts Juniors 18 – 8, Kiara Francis led the Summer Ballers with 6 goals, Zye Rayner added 5 goals, while Kearje Flood scored 4 goals and Kezziah Jackson scored 3 times. Amaiah Butterfield scored 5 goals for the Signworx Netts Juniors, with Jaquala Tucker scoring 2 goals and Zidonnae Robinson scored once.
Jennifer Simmons scored 22 goals to lead the PHC Lady Zebras to victory over the Swallows 27 – 16. Vernicka Symonds added 3 goals and Kimisha Perinchief scored twice, Talia Lucas scored 10 goals for the Swallows who also got 6 goals from Shallan Dennis.
B.A.C Women in Blue defeated the Stars 32 – 20, Kirstin Saltus led the way for the B.A.C. Women in Blue with 20 goals, while Darrika Simons and Xon-naye Hunt both scored 6 goals each, Eshe Grant scored 15 goals for the Stars, while Rebecca Conklin added 5 goals.
The National Youth Team defeated the Village Old Girls 25 – 12. Kaamilah Nasir was the top scorer with 14 goals, with Zariah Amory and Micah Pond both adding 3 goals each, Demiqua Daniels and Selah Tuzo scored two goals apiece. Drewshae Bascome and Nicole Smith scored 6 goals each for the Village Old Girls.
