Due to the Covid-19 restrictions still in place, this year’s You Go Girl Relay event will be held virtually on Sunday, June 6th.
The event organizers said, “Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our physical gathering for this event for June 6th, 2021 due to the continuing situation with the Covid-19 pandemic.
But we do want to support the Women’s Resource Centre, which we do every year because this year it is more important than ever.
Although this event was held virtually last year as well, women still managed to have loads of fun and in the process helped raise funds for the Women’s Resource Centre.
Also, besides the excitement of what outfit you choose to wear, there’s always a chuckle over the team names, some of this years names are:

Reluctant Runners
Sole Mates
Flo-Jo 100%
TLC – Three Ladies Chillaxing
Team FOMO
Usually, teams are made up of 3 Women/Girls but this year as it is virtual, you can have as many as you like.”
