Young Men Social Club 2 Boulevard Blazers 4


At the Bernard Park, Niko Smith gave the Boulevard Blazers the lead in the 9th minute, the First Division League leading goalscorer Ian Coke doubled the lead with a goal in the 14th minute. Mclee Smith pulled a goal back for Young Men Social Club in the 26th minute and then an own goal in the 45th minute by a Boulevard Blazer defender sent the two teams to the break deadlocked at 2 – 2. Dunn-ya Taylor put the Boulevard Blazers back in front with a strike in the 74th minute and then Keemo Smith closed out the scoring in the 85th minute to earn the Boulevard Blazers a 4 – 2 victory over the Young men Social Club.

Devonshire Colts 4 Paget Lions 0

At the Police Field, Lozendro Symonds scored twice to lead the Devonshire Colts to a 4 – 0 win over the Paget Lions. Devonshire Colts took an early lead through a strike from Enrique Wilkin and Teniko Eve closed out the scoring in the second half.

BAA 4 St. David’s 1

At the BAA Field, LaQuan Thomas would score twice to lead BAA to a 4 – 1 win over St. David’s and keep the pressure on the Boulevard Blazers and the Devonshire Colts. Also finding the back of the net for BAA was Troy Tucker and Jamin Lottimore, while Kaylin Darrell scored the lone goal for St. David’s.

Somerset Eagles 0 Wolves 2

After a scoreless first half at the White Hill Field, visitors Wolves went in front in the 55th minute when Lamelle Paynter scored, Lionel Evans doubled the lead in the 67th minute as Wolves defeated Somerset Eagles 2 – 0.

X-Road’s 3 Ireland Rangers 2

At Malabar, visitors X-Road’s got goals from Tymon Daniels, Jorge Sanchez and Mickih McGowan as they defeated Ireland Rangers 3 – 2. Jonathan Bean and Jiriko Powell scored a goal each for Ireland Rangers.

PREMIER DIVISION

Dandy Town Hornets 3 Hamilton Parish 1


After the match was switched to the BAA Field from the waterlogged St. John’s Field, both teams took a while to settle, but it was the Dandy Town Hornets who would take the lead and then control of the match. Damon Ming put the Dandy Town Hornets in the lead, Jahtino Richardson-Martin doubled the lead just before the break. Angelo Simmons gave the Dandy Town Hornets a 3 – 0 lead, but Hamilton Parish pulled a goal back when Angelo Cannonier scored, but neither team could find the back of the net for the remainder of the game as the Dandy Town Hornets leaped over Hamilton Parish into 2nd place in the standings.

St. George’s Colts 2 PHC Zebras 3

At the Wellington Oval, Marquel Waldron gave the PHC Zebras the lead in the 9th minute, Jahnai Raynor doubled the PHC Zebras lead in the 15th minute and then on stroke of half time Mike Williams scored for the PHC Zebras to take a 3 – 0 lead into the half time break. The St. George’s Colts staged a comeback with Phillip Anderson scoring in the 56th minute and two minutes later it was 3 – 2 when Macai Simmons scored, but the PHC Zebras defense was able to hold off any more threats the St. George’s Colts could throw at them to win 3 – 2.

Southampton Rangers 1 Flanagan’s Onions 1

At the Southampton Oval, the Southampton Rangers and Flanagan’s Onions played to a 1 – 1 draw. The Flanagan’s Onions got a goal from Nathan Peskett and the Southampton Rangers goalscorer was Shaki Swan.
