Adam Hall helped the Aberdeen IronBirds complete a 5 – 3 win over the Wilmington Blue Rocks.
Hall and his teammates would jump out to a 1 – 0 lead in the bottom of the first, which was followed by another run in the bottom of the third. Wilmington got on the board with a run in the top of the 5th, but Aberdeen answered with 2 runs at the bottom of the inning to make it 4 – 1. The Aberdeen IronBirds would then make it 5 – 1 in the bottom of the 8th, with Wilmington managing only 2 runs in the top of the 9th inning.
Hall playing second base went 2 for 4 on the night, with 1 run, a Steal, and 1 strikeout. Hall would score the Aberdeen IronBirds lone run in the 8th inning, after his second single of the night, and a steal, Hall would be moved to third on a fielder’s choice, he would then score when he crossed the plate on a forced out at the second base.
