Adam Hall and his Delmarva Shorebirds teammates used early offense and a solid start from Grayson Rodriguez to stymie the Greensboro Grasshoppers 5 - 2 at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium.
Rodriguez struck out eight while scattering one run and three hits across 5.2 innings to maintain his perfect record for the Shorebirds. The Orioles' No. 5 prospect has now collected at least eight strikeouts in four of his five starts, all wins.
Osvaldo Bido was dealt his first loss of the year for the Grasshoppers, allowing five runs on seven hits over five innings while striking out five. Bido had allowed only five runs all season coming into the game.
