Braxton Stowe’s University of Saint Louis Baseball teammates fell to Missouri 4-3 in the tenth inning Tuesday night, dropping their record to 11-16 on the season.
Corrigan Bartlett’s RBI double in the first inning helped Saint Louis jump out to an early 1-0 lead.
Mizzou answered back with two of their own in the bottom half of the first. They also brought a run home in the fourth, increasing the lead to 3-1.
Saint Louis scored a run in each the fifth and sixth innings, knotting the game up at three.
The next run to cross the plate came in the bottom of the tenth inning when Missouri drew a bases loaded walk to end the game.
Bartlett finished the contest 2-5 with two doubles and an RBI.
Cole Dubet also had two hits, going 2-4 with one run scored.
Scott Youngbrandt drew two walks in the game, and he ended up scoring both times.
Drew Reveno threw three scoreless innings of relief, giving up two hits, walking four and striking out one.
