Daniel Phillips began competing in the J3 Delray Beach International Tennis Federation Tournament at the Delray Swim and Tennis Club in Florida.
Phillips in his first round match took on American Alex Feles, Phillips would advance with a straight sets victory 6-3, 6-2.
Phillips teamed up with American Ellas Shokry in the Doubles, the pair are ranked 6th, they took on Under 16 Orange Bowl winners Americans Andrew Delgado, and Tanner Povey.
Phillips and Shokry advanced with a straight sets victory 7-6, 6-1.
