James Finnigan and his St. Mary's Men's Tennis suffered their first loss of the season as they fell 5-2 to Nicholls State University at Rohrbach Tennis Stadium.
Finnigan would have a mixed day on the court.
The doubles duo of Jeremiah Sanchez and Finnigan opened things up a win defeating Piyush Surendra Sale and Pavle Drobnjakovic in their doubles number One match, 6-2.
In his number six Singles match, Finnigan would go down in a three-set thriller against Antoine Martin-Thir.
Finnigan would win the first set 6-2, but Martin-Thir would win the second set 7-5. In the third set, Tie-Breaker Martin-Thir would emerge victorious 6-4.
