Bermuda’s Shelby Madeiros competed in the Coca-Cola/ITF Junior Tennis Tournament in St Lucia.
Playing in the Girls Main Draw, Madeiros took on Katherine Teng from the USA in her First Round match and went down in straight sets 6-2, 6-0.
Madeiros teamed up with Aalisha Alexis from Trinidad and Tobago and they defeated Selene Kentish from Antigua and Osenyonye Nwokolo from Trinidad and Tobago in their First Round Doubles match in straight sets 6-4, 6-1.
Madeiros and Alexis would then meet Marine Michel from France and Teng in their Second Round match, but they would got down in straight sets 6-2, 6-3.
