Za'Kayza Parsons and her UMBC Women's Outdoor Track & Field teammates competed at the James Madison Invitational, where Parsons delivered a standout performance in the sprint events.
Parsons' most notable achievement came in the Women’s 100 Meter Dash. She clocked a time of 11.58 seconds, which is the second-fastest time ever recorded in UMBC program history. This impressive sprint earned her a 6th place finish in the event. Parsons' time also places her fourth in the league standings for this season, highlighting her strong form.
Parsons also competed in the Women’s 200 Meter Dash, where she finished 13th with a time of 25.11 seconds.
