The Berkeley Institute Gymnasium hosted a doubleheader of Bermuda Basketball Association (BBA) Men's League action, with the Chargers and Caesars Pharmacy the Answer claiming victories in their respective games.
In the opening game, the Chargers delivered a dominant performance to defeat the Wolfpack 68-48.
Calvert Lee led the scoring for the Chargers with an impressive 27 points. Jaren Haley contributed 12 points to the Chargers' tally. Jordan Knight and Steveland Brown-Darrell both controlled the boards, grabbing 7 rebounds each.
Despite the Wolfpack's efforts, they were unable to overcome the Chargers' strong performance. Szaine Williams led the Wolfpack with 17 points, and Ajani Carey added 12 points. Jordan Smith was dominant on the glass, grabbing 10 rebounds, while Williams and Carey both secured 6 rebounds.
The nightcap saw Caesars Pharmacy the Answer secure a 66-53 victory over the Kings.
Daniel Bryon led Caesars Pharmacy the Answer to victory with 22 points, showcasing his scoring ability. Jonathan Lugo contributed 16 points. Jared Demmons led the team in rebounding with 9, while Aaron Furbert and Bryon both grabbed 5 rebounds.
Darae Smith led the Kings with 20 points, and Dion Easton added 14 points. John Lee secured a game-high 11 rebounds, while Smith grabbed 8.
