Outerbridge Beats Record Times at Florida State University Relays

Miles Outerbridge delivered a record-breaking performance if not for Illegal Winds at the Florida State University Relays High School Track and Field Meet. Outerbridge had already beaten the Bermuda Junior Outdoor Record time in the 200m, clocking 20.83 seconds, but the winds were 2.1 meters.
He continued his form by winning the Boys' 100m Dash in 10.47 seconds. This time beat the 11-year-old record set by Kyle Webb back on July 4th, 2014, marking a remarkable achievement, but the winds were registered at 2.5 meters.
Turner and Dickinson Also Compete
Arima Turner and Ellise Dickinson also represented Montverde Academy at the Florida State University Relays.
Dickinson competed in the Girls' 400m, finishing 17th with a time of 58.81 seconds.
Turner took to the line for the Girls' 100m, finishing with the 25th fastest time, clocking 12.27 seconds.
Cann Competes at Raleigh Relays
Shayla Cann, wearing her Elon University Women's Track & Field uniform, took part in the Raleigh Relays, a highly competitive event held at the Paul Derr Track in Raleigh, North Carolina. Cann competed in the Women's 800m, finishing 10th in Heat 12 and 145th overall with a time of 2:17.16. Cann demonstrated her pacing strategy in the race, completing the first 400m in 1:02.54 and the second 400m in 1:14.62.
