Kaden Hopkins and he Vendée U teammates returns from Guadeloupe with a smile! Four victories, two jerseys, a podium and a 6th place in the final general classification. This year again, the results are more than positive on the roads of Guadeloupe. During each stage, one of the riders was at least in the Top 8. A regularity that paid off.
A leader (Sam Maisonobe), a sprinter (Hopkins) and luxury teammates (Lucas Grolier, Dorian Lagrave, Swann Guefveneu and Adam Mitchell), these are the six riders who proudly represented Vendée U and Vivre en Bois, our partner in Guadeloupe.
The prologue begins with Hopkins in second place, just two seconds from victory. Seeking revenge, Hopkins will subsequently win 3rd in this Tour of Guadeloupe. Added to this are two great places of honor (8th, 6th and 4th), important places that allow him to pocket the green jersey for best sprinter of the event. It is precisely with this jersey on his back that he will also win the final stage in Baie-Mahault. He finishes in the best possible way, well supported by his solid teammates.
