America's Rugby Management (ARM) has announced the signing of Jamin Hodkins.
The ARM Social Media page states, “Another young talent we are excited to represent, Hodgkins has all the core skills to make the step up to professional rugby and has been turning heads both in Canada with Atlantic Selects Rugby & in the Welsh championship with the Glamorgan Wanderers.
An accomplished outside half, with great game management skills, an intelligent passing game and a cannon of a boot! It won’t be long before Hodgkins is on the Rugby Canada selection radar.”
