The East edged the West 32 -31 in a thrilling Senior School All-Star Netball match at the Bermuda College.
The East had a comfortable lead until the West switched MVP Anisa Seon from the Berkeley Institute to goal shooter. Her 16-goal second-half blitz brought the west within one but they could never take the lead, while the East top scorer was MVP Amayah Smith-Burt.
The rest of the East goals were scored by CedarBridge Academy players Sydney Santos with 7, Kisaye Bell and Jamir Hatherley with 6 each, and Amara Richards with 5.
The Warwick Academy duo of Shayla Cann and Adriana Argent scored 7 and 6 goals, for the West, the Berkeley Institute's J'Zari Zuill Dillas and Saltus Grammar School's Brittany Pacheco added one each.
The East was victorious in the Middle School match with a 14-7 victory. MVP Malaysia Furbert from Dellwood Middle School led all scorers with 8 goals for the East. The Whitney Institute's Akiera Christopher-Weldon added four goals for the East with Whitney's E'Rynn Paynter scoring 2.
The West MVP Razeeyah Robinson from Sandys Secondary Middle School led them with 3 goals. Schoolmate Jazmyn Sutton scored 2 goals, while Saltus Grammar School's M'Zaya Martin and Warwick Academy's Tayte Glasgow scored one each.
