The weather once again proved to be the winner as play in the Bermuda Netball Association’s Winter League season was halted yet again due to rain.
In the Under 11 Development League, the Storm had Hailey Odouri named the team MVP, the Best Attacker was Priya Dill, Elsie Purcell was named the NPS Hotsteppers MVP, the team's Best Attacker was Xela Hall, and Day’ah Dill, and the teams Best Defender was Tamirra Richardson.
Under 14 Division
The Storm defeated the North Village Lady Rams 13 – 3 in the opener, Malaysia Furbert led the Storm to victory with 7 goals, while Nailah Barclay added three goals, A’meerah Outerbridge scored twice and Naomi Crofton scored the other goals, with Day’asha Dill named the teams MVP, Jazmyn Sutton scored twice for the North Village Lady Rams, with Razeeyah Robinson scoring the other goal, Kiera Trott was named the North Village Lady Rams MVP.
The Phoenix Embers defeated the Rangers 14 – 9, Sanaa Grant scored 9 goals for the Phoenix Embers, Shiloh Simmons added 3 goals, and Andari Graham scored twice, the Phoenix Embers MVP’s were Kree Holdipp and Jaya Dillas. Rangers got 5 goals from E’Rynn Paynter, with Saajida Daniels adding the other 4 goals, Zyari Lawrence was the Rangers MVP.
No other games were played due to rain.
