BDA Spirits 4 Appleby 8
In the opener, Appleby defeated BDA Spirits 8 – 4.
Appleby jumped out to a 4 – 0 lead in the first period with two goals from Marcel Bouwens, and single strikes from Andrew Kuzma, and Shannon Gosse.
BDA Spirits would score twice in the second period, with goals from Robbie Bailey, and Riley Latour, while James Amaral scored for Appleby to make the score 5 – 2 with one period to play.
Bouwens would score twice in the third period for Appleby, with Gosse adding his second, while Bailey would score twice for BDA Spirits to make the final score 8 – 4.
Frontier 4 Spine and Sport 1
In the nightcap, Frontier defeated Spine and Sport 4 – 1.
Frontier got single strikes from Bill Calko, Patrick Shoening, John King, and Michael Travis, while Luke Stirling scored the lone goal for Spine and Sport.
