Jamaica got the all-important victory they were looking for as they edged Guyana 1 – 0, the lone goal of the match came in the 54th minute when Imauny Linton scored from a Penalty Corner.
Puerto Rico 0 Bermuda 0
Bermuda knew a draw or a victory they would claim the top spot, while Puerto Rico knew a point sees them advance to the CAC Games, the two teams played to a scoreless draw as they both advanced, with Bermuda winning the Group.

The Bermuda men’s team came up short falling 3 – 0 to Puerto Rico in their final game as the winner join Jamaica in the CAC Games.
Joseph Agosto gave Puerto Rico the lead in the 8th minute with a Penalty Corner Goal, Kenneth Rodriguez doubled the lead in the 37th minute scoring from a Penalty Stroke. Agosto would score his second goal of the game in the 60th minute scoring a Field Goal.
