Jamaica knew coming into this match they would need a win to stand any chance of advancing, however, they could only manage a 1 – 1 draw with Puerto Rico.
It was Puerto Rico who scored first when Josefina Freaney scored a Field Goal in the 32nd minute, but in the 45th minute, Jamaica drew level when Shareeka Elliott scored from a Penalty Corner.
Things got tense in the final period as the teams went looking for the all-important winner that never came.

Bermuda now leads the Women’s Group with one match to play and they have 6 points, with Puerto Rico are on four, Jamaica have 1 and Guyana have none.
Bermuda took it down to the wire with the winning goal coming in the final minute as Mallory Towlson scored a Field Goal to send the crowd wild.

Jamaica have confirmed one spot with their 8 points, while Puerto Rico have 3 points, and Bermuda have one point. Bermuda take on Puerto Rico in the final Men’s game on Sunday.
Puerto Rico took the lead I the 15th minute with a Field Goal off the stick of Eddie Fuentes Rios, but Jamaica would level the match at 1 – 1 in the 45th minute when Nickoy Stephenson scored a Field Goal.
